About OdooLogics
We're the consultants we wished existed when we ran ERP projects ourselves.
OdooLogics was founded by functional and technical consultants who had watched too many implementations stall in the gap between business and software. We built the team we always wanted on the other side of the table.
Our story
Most ERP projects don't fail on software — they fail on understanding. After years spent inside stalled implementations, our founders kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant systems configured by people who never truly understood the business, and business teams handed software that fought how they worked. OdooLogics exists to close that gap. We map real processes, translate them faithfully into Odoo, and stay accountable through migration, integration and the years of optimization that follow. Today we're a team of 40+ certified consultants serving enterprises across 12+ industries — and the principle hasn't changed: understand the business first, then build the system around it.
